Berkeley Estate Asset Management enlisted andseventy to craft a compelling suite of marketing visuals for the sensitive modernisation of a listed Georgian gem in the heart of Mayfair. In close collaboration with Emrys Architects and SY London, we set out to celebrate the building’s legacy while presenting a bold, contemporary vision for its next chapter.

Framed in the quiet symmetry of Georgian design, each composition balances tradition and modernity - a fresh, refined palette softens the space, while styling whispers of heritage and the prestige that surrounds it.

From a commercial standpoint, the priority was to stretch the budget across CGI and film to authentically showcase the 7,500 sqft space, delivering versatile, editorial-style content aligned with the client’s broader marketing strategy. This included tailored outputs such as a shorter amenity edit for social and suite display, ensuring maximum value across digital and print touchpoints.

A thread of 22 Hill Street’s identity is woven through every frame, subtle touches like a well-placed book, a cushion, or a coffee mug lend cohesion and quiet character, binding the visual story with brand soul.
