Mid-Weight 3D Artist

Role Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Mid-Weight 3D Artist for a full-time, on-site position based in London. You will be a meaningful addition to our smaller but senior team, offering a fantastic opportunity to help shape how the studio evolves over the coming years.

This role is suited to a passionate artist with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will be responsible for producing marketing CGIs on a variety of briefs, translating complex marketing goals into compelling visual narratives. While you will work alongside Senior Artists and Creative Directors as part of a team, you should be comfortable taking ownership of a suite of images, seeking input from the senior team when needed to push the quality further.

Although flexibility will be available, this role is 100% studio-based. We believe that being physically present to shape our team culture and client relationships is essential for the studio's current needs and long-term success for both the team and the business.


Experience

  • Solid proficiency in 3Ds Max, Corona, Anima, Adobe suite. 

  • A clear eye for detail and creative approach to lighting 

  • Commercial marketing experience, with in and outside of the UK a bonus

  • A displayed understanding of and passion for Architecture, interiors and landscaping 

  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities and keen attention to design aesthetics

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • An interest in how AI can improve process and delivery with an inquisitive and quality first approach 

  • Able to communicate ideas and willing to interrogate and question briefs in a collaborative manner
